一个DP：持有CSR并在2017年五月底获得开卡奖。2021/08/19把CSR降级成Freedom Unlimited，同天申请CSP之后秒拒 (unable to approve, more information to be provided within 7~10 days)。打电话后说是因为 in the past you have sapphire reserved card。
